Let's have a conversation about Data Collection and Reporting.

  •   I have created a number of database applications used for various purposes from clinical data collection and operations management to asset and compliance management.
  •   Among the database applications, here is a sampling of some of them:
    • Designed and developed a replicated, multi-tiered MS Access clinical data and operations database application used to collect clinical information, support clinical operations, and demonstrate program effacacy and acquire a grant from CMS (Medicare) for effective care management adoption.
      • Migrated this clinical database application to use MS SQL Server backend used in a virtualized infrastructure.
      • Wrote a web-based front end for the database to enhance usability and security.
    • Designed and developed a replicated MS Access clinical data application for a midwestern hospital to help them get a cancer initiative developed and managed.
    • Wrote a intelligent MS Access database application to track membership of a healh and exercise facility that could assist staff in selecting regimens based on a member's profile.
    • Wrote web-based SQL Server database applications for user and assets management using Visual Studio .NET.
    • Currently developing a database application used to manage security compliance standards such as NIST and HIPAA that can tailor the standards for the enterprise and manage compliance throughout the continuum of the enterprise. Along with managing compliance tasks, output can be used for producing compliance documentation that can be used for policies and procedures as well as reporting in support of security requirements and audits.
  •   I can work with you to establish requrements and designs for data collection based on your particular data collection and reporting needs.

  •   I have experience with various data reporting applications including:
    • Crystal Reports
    • Tableau
    • Statit EQC
    • Power BI
    • Office applications such as MS Access and Excel
    • As well as coding reports using Visual Studio .NET as integrated into web-based database applications.
